Mr. François-Henri Pinault has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of PPR SA (formerly, Pinault Printemps Redoute SA) since May 19, 2005 and since March 21, 2005 respectively. He serves as the Chairman and President of Sowind Group SA. Mr. Pinault serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Artemis (formerly, Artemis Fine Arts SA). He has been a Member of the Management Board of Château Latour since June 1998.
